Coded Magnetic Non-Contact Safety Interlock Switch (MMC-H)

HYGIECODE range are magnetically coded, non-contact safety interlock switches for use on machinery and equipment to prevent accidents. The coding is achieved using a complex magnet arrangement and hall effect sensors, reducing the likelihood of manipulation or defeat.

  • Housed in a Compact Body with 22mm Fixing Centers
  • Contacts up to 3 N/C or 2 N/C + 1 N/O
  • Wide 10mm Sensing Distance
  • Connectivity via Pre-Wired Cable or M12 8-Pole Quick Connect (Left or Right Cable Entry)
  • Indication via Single Colour LED – Green when door closed
  • Switching capability up to 0.2A (Requires 24Vdc supply to operate)
  • Suitable for Splash Zones in Accordance with EHEDG Guidelines
