Z-Range Grab Wire Safety Rope Pull Switches with OSSD (Stainless Steel)
The Z-Range, Stainless Steel (IP69K) safety rope pull switches and grab wire pull cords are designed to be mounted on machines and sections of conveyors which cannot be protected by physical guarding. The emergency command can be initiated from any point along the installed rope length, providing a robust emergency stop rope pull function for exposed conveyors or machines.
The Z-Range technology features internal self-monitoring and OSSD PNP outputs, suitable for daisy chain connectivity (30 units) at CAT4, SIL3, PLe, in accordance with the latest international safety standards. Faults are detected immediately and displayed on both the switch LED and auxiliary output.
For harsh environments like Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Petro-Chemical Industries, the stainless steel 316 range offers protection up to IP69K for use in high pressure chemical cleaning or CIP/SIP applications. The IP69K enclosure protection (maintained by a double seal lid gasket) and can be high pressure hosed with detergent up to +80C and 100psi.
