Z-Range Safety Rope Switches with OSSD Outputs
The Z-Range of Safety Rope Switches use 2 OSSD outputs to maintain a high level of functional safety, even when connected in series. In contrast to traditional mushroom head type emergency stop buttons, Grab Wire Safety Rope Switches can initiate the emergency command from any point along the installed rope length and provide robust Emergency Stop Rope Pull protection for exposed conveyors or machines.
Reduce production downtime with easy to understand LED diagnostics. The raised LED improves visibility, even over longer distances. Due to the pulsed OSSD outputs, faults are detected immediately and displayed on the switch and also through the auxiliary output.
You can connect a maximum of 30 Z-Range Safety Rope Switches on a single system or, mix a combination of other Z-Range products for a complete safety system.
