Two-Hand Control Safety Switches (TouchSafe)

TouchSafe two-hand control stations provide a reliable, ISO 13851-compliant solution for safeguarding operators at powered machinery. Built with robust die-cast metal and sealed to IP65 standards, they withstand harsh industrial conditions while offering flexible wiring entry points and optional auxiliary Emergency Stop buttons or diagnostic lamps.

Strategically positioning the station ensures the machine halts before the operator reaches the hazard. When paired with the adjustable floor-mounted stand, it promotes safe, ergonomic operation. Both MF and ZF style buttons are designed to maintain electrical output only with sustained direct hand contact or proximity, preventing unintended activation or circumvention.

To meet key safety requirements, control buttons are spaced at least 260 mm apart to prevent single-hand defeat and 550 mm apart to prevent activation using a hand and elbow. Mounted at an ergonomic 1100 mm height, these stations remain inaccessible to unintended activation by other body parts.

Monitored by an external controller, the MF and ZF series offer a professional, dependable two-hand control solution that enhances operator safety and ensures full compliance with industrial safety regulations.
