The NET-BOX in 316-grade stainless steel is a durable, configurable push-button control station and distributed I/O solution designed to seamlessly integrate into industrial networks with PROFINET PROFIsafe or EtherNET/IP CIP Safety. Constructed from robust stainless steel, it is ideal for demanding environments where corrosion resistance and strength are essential. When equipped with special silicone push-button covers, the stainless steel NET-BOX achieves IP69K protection, making it suitable for washdown applications and high-pressure cleaning.
Its configurable top connector plate accommodates up to four M12 5-PIN or 8-PIN connectors, enabling easy integration of devices like light curtains, enabling pendants, safety switches, and proximity sensors into a single, cohesive solution. Users can further personalize the NET-BOX by selecting up to six pilot devices on the lid, such as indicator lamps, illuminated pushbuttons, and selector switches, tailoring the control station to their specific needs.
The NET-BOX harnesses industrial Ethernet for efficient, real-time data exchange and centralized monitoring, minimizing wiring and installation complexity while maximizing uptime and system reliability.
