This comprehensive connection accessories package streamlines the installation of Magnetic, Coded, RFID, and Z-Range RFID non-contact safety switches. With plug-and-play connectivity, it minimizes wiring effort, speeds up installation, and makes component replacement quick and straightforward.
The connection block includes eight 8-pin M12 sockets, 24 VDC LED indicators for status monitoring, and a cable clamp for secure field wiring. It connects exclusively with Magnetic, Coded, and non-Z-Range RFID safety switches. For larger systems, you can daisy-chain multiple connection blocks via a single M12 port and patch cord.
The T-Port offers a compact and efficient wiring solution, featuring two female and one male M12 connector. It simplifies the connection of Magnetic, Coded, and non-Z-Range RFID switches in space-limited applications. Patch cords—available in 2m, 5m, and 10m lengths—enable flexible series connections between T-Ports and connection blocks.
To terminate unused M12 ports, simply insert the M12 male short plug. It fits securely at the end of a T-Port or connection block and also serves as a convenient placeholder for future expansion.
