Gate Bolts for IDEM's Safety Locking Switches (Stainless Steel)

IDEM’s Gate Bolts are engineered with rugged die-cast metal and steel construction, capable of providing shearing forces of up to 10,000 Newtons (F1Max) for securing large, hinged doors. These gate bolts are designed for ease of installation on hinged or sliding guards using 4 M6 mounting bolts, without requiring additional brackets or door handles.

They are also designed to be impervious to misalignment damage, ensuring long-lasting performance. Operators must manually close the guard, eliminating the possibility of accidental closure.

Additionally, the inclusion of a padlock hole allows for the handle to be locked open, preventing the guard from being closed during maintenance.

For the harsh environments like Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Petro-Chemical Industries, the stainless steel 316 range offers protection up to IP69K for use in high pressure chemical cleaning or CIP/SIP applications.
